What happens to my DSL service if I move?   Top
If you plan to move and wish to keep your DSL service, you can re-qualify your new address at http://www.dsl-modem-internet-access.com/qualify/ . If you qualify for the same DSL service at your new location, please call customer support and a representative will be happy to assist you with your switch. You will be responsible for paying the DSL setup fee for your new location, but you can take your existing DSL equipment with you to avoid paying for another DSL modem. Your contract will continue at your new location once your DSL has been installed there. Note that if you move and do not transfer your DSL service but you have time remaining on your contract, you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee is the greater of the remainder of your contract (monthly charge + FUSF tax) or $250.
